The Role: Buyer Support Agent
I have one seat open on my team, and only one, to assist me with my buyer clients.
I run a focused team that invests deeply in the people I bring on, so this isn’t one of many openings. It’s a single seat for the right person. You’ll work alongside me on everything from showings and open houses to drafting and negotiating offers, managing the offer-to-completion process, and caring for clients through the key hand-off. About My Business
I co-own and operate Clover Residential with David Logan. We have focused on Victoria’s premium neighbourhoods since 1995 – Fairfield, Oak Bay, James Bay, Downtown, and the other core neighbourhoods. We are a small, intentional sales team. Not a franchise, not a corporate chain. There’s no head office. Just my dedicated team that cares about doing good work and winning together.
Here’s the truth that drives all of it: I enjoy helping the right people succeed as much as I enjoy helping my clients succeed. That’s why I’m so careful about who joins my team – and why I invest so fully once they do.
