The Role: Buyer Support Agent
We have one seat available on our sales team for a buyer support agent who wants to build a real career, not just hold a licence.
You’ll work to support Ole Schmidt, award-winning REALTOR and Managing Broker, on everything from showings and open houses to offer negotiations and client care.
Day-to-Day
- Hosting open houses
- Showing properties
- Drafting and negotiating offers
- Managing the offer-to-completion process
- Client care and key hand-offs

The Role: Assistant Maintenance Coordinator
We are searching for a full-time Assistant Maintenance Coordinator to support our residential Rental Management Maintenance department. Please note this is purely an administrative support role and you will not need to physically perform any maintenance.

The salary range for this position is based on your experience as an excellent communicator and problem-solver – $3,200 to $3,500 per month.
