Cathy Ylanan

Cathy is an accomplished accounting professional with a 15-year career spanning diverse roles. Notably, she served as an Accounts and HR Assistant at Al Bousi Foodstuff Trading Co. LLC in Dubai, where she developed meticulous attention to detail. Her dedication to organizational efficiency and her commitment to superior service has helped her easily transition into a member of the Clover Residential team. She also has experience as an Internal Auditor at Cebu CFI Community Cooperative in Cebu City, Philippines, where she honed important skills that she brings to her work everyday.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Management Accounting from the University of Cebu, Philippines. Cathy is also pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration at the University of Victoria and continues to deepen her knowledge and skills in the field. Recognized for her proficiency in accounting software, computer literacy, customer service, and collaborative teamwork, Cathy has quickly become an important member of the team.

Outside of her career, she has a keen interest in investments. Cathy’s commitment to a work-life balance is further evident as she enjoys unwinding with Netflix and actively supports her fiancé’s sports interests.
