In 2012, the founders of Duttons & Co. Real Estate, Barry and Lois, passed ownership onto us, and we made it our mission to continue their legacy: earning clients’ loyalty with proven real estate expertise and a thoughtful, collaborative approach. Over the years, we’ve grown as a company and honed our services, adopting new technologies and streamlining our operations. Our commitment to our community is as strong as ever. We’re proud of where we are as a company, and we’re marking our growth and celebrating our relationships with a new name and look.
We’re now Clover Residential, which captures who we are at our best: real estate experts with a passion for our local communities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
We chose our name because it’s friendly and warm. It’s also easy to pronounce and write, aligning with our people-first approach. The clover shape calls to mind a neighbourhood’s quadrant layout and the four cardinal directions, emphasizing our connection to place. Most importantly, it reminds us of Victoria (Clover Point’s only a short walk from our Fairfield office, after all), and it reflects our dedication to fostering strong relationships and celebrating all things local.
