What to Expect
Esquimalt has a bit of a small-town feel and a strong sense of community. Recent years have seen more condo developments, but the area is still mostly filled with single-family homes on nice lots. On some quiet no-thru streets near the water, you’ll find clusters of newer homes built in the last 10 years, with Saxe Point being a popular and desirable area with beautiful, larger homes.
