Licensed Rental Manager

The Role

We are searching for a full-time Licensed Rental Manager to care for a portfolio of individually-owned residential rental properties, with the support of a full team of admin staff (including showing support and maintenance coordination). No strata management.

You are not afraid to pick up the phone to solve a problem, or take action to help out a team member; you are organized, relationship-focused, results-oriented, and communication-obsessed.

If the above describes you, and you hold a current Residential Rental Management or Strata Management license in BC (or one transferrable from another province) we’d love to hear from you!

The starting salary range for this position is based on your experience as a leader and excellent communicator – $4,600 to $5,000 per month.

Sales Team Operations Coordinator

We are searching for a full‑time Operations Coordinator for our Real Estate Sales Team to keep our sales systems running smoothly, support our Director of Sales, and ensure our clients and team experience seamless, thoughtful service every day.
